About 3 years ago we ran into a nice big apartment, located in a beautiful location. The only downside was that the apartment was very dated, so a lot had to be done to upgrade the apartment to our wishes. A real challenge!
We contacted Mr Herman van der Horst at Oostbeek company with the request to look at the apartment with us and make an inventory of what needed to be done. We asked him to make an estimate of the costs and a planning of the work, so that we could know - approximately - what costs to expect and how long the renovation would take. We took the plunge, bought the apartment, and instructed Mr. van der Horst to supervise the renovation.
Herman van der Horst was regularly present - together with us - at the construction meetings. Afterwards he followed up with the construction site in an efficient and pleasant manner, always with a keen eye for detail. He advised us in many areas and kept a close eye on the technical and financial planning. We felt very supported! We now live in great pleasure in our beautiful apartment...
